We also provide a large outdoor paddock in which your dog has the freedom to run off the lead, play with a favourite toy or just simply have a sniff around.
The Kennels and Cattery are heated and a vet bed supplied which is laundered daily. Snuggle pads are also provided in the cattery to give instant, long lasting warmth.
Dry food and meat is provided alongside a variety of treats throughout the day. Water is changed regular and we feed twice daily, however, we work around your routine therefore if your dog or cat wants more or less food portions we will accommodate their needs. We also welcome any owner who would prefer to bring their own food.
If your pet is on a specially medicated diet we ask that you bring their food along with you. Medication can be administered at no extra charge.
A viewing is always welcome and can be arranged upon appointment. This can give us the ability to show you the facilities and have a more in depth discussion about your dog or cats needs to provide a much more settled stay.
The Kennels and Cattery are closed for drop off and collection on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, however your pets can still board with us during this time. We charge double for Christmas Day and New Years Day. Bank holidays are charged at the normal rate.
You are charged for the day of drop off but not for the day of departure if you collect within the morning times. We accept cash or card payments only, we no longer accept cheques.
All dogs entering the kennels must produce an up to date, yearly vaccination certificate. Kennel Cough vaccine is also needed and should be administered at least 2 weeks prior to their stay. In addition, we ask that your dog or cat are wormed and clear of fleas prior to their stay.
